Question Where is my order?
Answer

We will have your email address from your order and will send you an automatic notification once your order has been dispatched. Your order may be delivered through an untracked service, so you may not receive courier information for these.

Each product is crafted individully and should be on its way to you within 7-14 days of receipt of your order. Delivery is normally between 24-48 hours from dispatch.

If you have an account with us, we will update the status of your order as it progresses through our system. Log in to your account to access this section.

Question Can I change my mind and cancel?
Answer

If your order has been confirmed and processed we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us and we will do our very best to help you out.

You do have a legal right to return products as long as they fully comply with our Terms. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order for any reason.

Question What if I don't like my products?
Answer

Please check our Terms where there is information about returning unwanted products.

A lot of our products are print on demand and we actively encourage you to fully research them before placing an order. We aim to make everything as clear as possible on our product pages, however if you have any questions, or are unsure of anything at all, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you out.

Question Do you do gift vouchers or discount codes?
Answer

We don't offer gift vouchers right now, but it's something we are actively considering.

Discount codes are likely to be limited to newsletter subscribers and registered users, and you will be notified by email when the next one comes around.

You can subscribe at the bottom of our home page and, of course, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Question Is your website secure?
Answer

Yes. Keeping your information safe is a top priority for us.

Importantly, we do not store your payment card information on our servers, and we keep our systems up to date and follow best practices to protect our website from security threats.

Question Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship to mainland United Kingdom. Our product shipping processes are always under review, so that may change in the future.
